Impact Comics ship all of our products in packaging that we’ve specially designed to protect your order in seriously rough conditions!
Whenever possible we re-use or re-purpose packaging that was sent to us.
We ship out orders on most week days via Australia Post.
Flat Rate $12.99 (+ a bit more for larger items like box sets and heavy hardcovers)
Most orders are sent in parcels.
All of our parcels have tracking numbers, you will be emailed a tracking link from Australia Post when the parcel is sent. For most items you can order as much as you want and you will only pay $12.99.
Envelopes $5.00
To keep costs down, some smaller orders, such as up to 3 new release single issue comics are sent in special rigid envelopes.
These do not generally have tracking. If you’d like tracking on a small order please ask.
Mail standing orders are processed and sent out automatically once every five weeks.
Orders should arrive within 2-14 days.
Returns Policy
It’s really important to us that you get the right thing when you shop with us, and of course we don’t want to sell you anything defective.
When it comes to choosing the right item, we try to take as much time as possible helping you choose the right item. We are usually happy to hold items overnight while you check on details.
However, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major
problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from
buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and
can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will
compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a
reasonable time or offer a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
